Past trips
Waterfall Sanctuary Retreat
in Waterfall Sanctuary, WashingtonCute little canvas tent village tucked into the forest. Tents are well maintained and decorated. Very kind and accommodating hosts. Even in the cold and the rain, we were warm and dry and happy in our spacious tent. We only spent the night but it would be a great base camp for local adventures.
High Desert Canvas Tent on Farm
in Big Rock Ranch, OregonMagic right by smith rock
No better place to stay! The nicest hosts, the cutest tent, the most amazing scenery! Such a comfy bed. Delicious tomatoes left for us. Stars at night were astounding.
Columbia Gorge Yurt
in The Forest Cupcake, WashingtonPerfect spot!
Can’t recommend this spot enough. A cozy, well furnished yurt with wood stove at the base of an awesome meadow. A short hike up the hill shows you an amazing view of sunset. I’ve told everyone I know about it. Also, the NICEST hosts ever!

in Pacific Dunes Resort, WashingtonWorth every penny
Such cute tents and a variety of camping (and tiny house) options to choice from. Attracts a cool crowd so you get neat neighbors. We had a blast.
Copalis Rocks
in Copalis Rocks, WashingtonGreat little camp site a short trail from a great beach! We renamed it “unbroken beach” because we found 46 perfect sand dollars there. Can’t wait to come back with our grandson.
Klickitat Canyon Wine Tent Camping
in Meadowlark Vineyard, WashingtonGreat open field and about as dog friendly as it gets. Beautiful sunset and milky way at night!
Secluded with double mountain views
in The Wonder of Wy’east, OregonNo better place to pitch a tent
So nice to have a wide open space to yourself where you never see another person for a day or two. Private and beautiful. Great sunsets and stars. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Views for Days - Haleakala Maui
in Haleakala Life, HawaiiBeautiful spot filled with friendly people. Our favorite place in Maui. We always hate leaving to check into our hotel.
