I loved the campsite so much that I couldn't leave! Extending my stay was easy and I'm glad I did. Both the host and the grounds are amazing, and as a solo queer traveler, it was so nice to feel welcomed and at ease. <3

LOVE THIS SPOT! Stephen is a wonderful and welcoming host, making me feel right at home on his land.

The campground has new campsites and amenities, shade awnings, and the most delightfully cold spigot water. Tent camping is in a little valley, and has strong shrub ground cover on the high ground, which filters the wind beautifully (an RV spot sits up top, trading long views for the lower wind below).

The La Sal range is large on the horizon, with many other ranges visible all around in the distance. The huge sky showcases fluffy clouds, sunsets, and stars above the spectacular views, no matter the time of day or night.

Small camping with good amenities and nice staff.
