in Alkali Ranch, ColoradoThis is our second stay at Andy's property. The peaceful solitude can't be beat! There are plenty of private spots on the property to set up camp. It's super quiet and peaceful on the property, and we enjoyed a nice evening walk on the property. Florence is also a really cute town, and the Arkansas River was great to cool off in. We'll be back!

The cows wandering the property were an added bonus, they were super friendly. Andy was available for any questions we had and helped us find a spot to suit our needs. We will definitely be back!
