This is a great option to stay if you are wanting to get away from the city and have a little weekend getaway! The campsite area is wide open so there is a good amount of room for multiple tents, which is great to have friends or family go with you. There is a campfire and picnic table, which were super nice to have during our stay! The property does border on some woods, so you can get out and explore a little bit. We would definitely recommend this property! :)

We loved our stay at White Deer Camp! Claire went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our visit and we really appreciated having such a thoughtful and kind host. The property itself is incredibly beautiful with a creek running through it as well as woods everywhere. There is a variety of locations you can set up your tent and all of them were beautiful-but we loved setting our tent up in a campsite that was a little more secluded in the woods. It was perfect and it felt very private as well! There is also a fire pit available, some seating areas to sit around with friends, and even a hot tub that you are welcome to use-this location seriously has so much to offer! Definitely go check it out, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it! :)

Past trip

Our stay at this property was amazing! They offer SO many conveniences like showers/bathrooms available on the property as well as a country store full of any necessities you might need (or just a quick snack/drink like we did ;), and they even have a rec room with exercise equipment, board games you can play, or DVD's/books you can borrow during your stay. They also offer social activities that anyone can participate in, which is so unique and fun! The campsite itself was very nice and quiet, away from the RV's, and had a water pump, charcoal grill, picnic tables, and a fire pit. The hosts were also incredibly kind and helped us out with recommendations for activities in the area and we're even planning to go back just for the amazing customer service! We highly recommend this campsite! :)

Past trip

We loved our visit at the Wooded Escape! Our host, Kim, was so friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and even giving us a tour of the Pinnacles nearby. Definitely make time to drive right down the road to Pinnacle Park because the rock formations are absolutely amazing to see! You can also hike and explore around the rocks, which was a fun experience so we definitely recommend that. There is a fire pit at Pinnacle Park that you are welcome to use as well. We loved the campsite itself, it was definitely very secluded and private so if you are wanting to get away from the city and spend time in nature while being off the beaten path, this is a great option! We loved that we were back in the woods and could only hear the sounds of nature and look right out our tent into the woods. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it! :)

We absolutely loved this Hipcamp location!! The host, John, was so friendly and helpful, showing us all around the property and options for us to set up camp. The area we picked was right by the lake and it was such a beautiful spot to hang out and camp. We loved being able to listen to the lake and looking right out our tent to the beautiful lake! The host's dog had a great time splashing around in the lake while he showed us around and it made us wish we had our own dogs with us! ;) This would be a great property to bring pets as well! We loved our stay here and we would highly recommend it!

Past trip

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hidden Nature! The directions made it very easy to find the site and the area where we should set up our tent. They have a small village of little buildings near where we set up our tent and that was a cool experience to see the architecture of the village! We loved setting up our tent nearby the pond-all of the views at this property were beautiful with the pond, the grassy valleys, the trees, etc.! It was the perfect scenic location where we felt right at home and it was quiet and very easy to relax out in nature as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This campsite was perfect for getting out in nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a beautiful location with a pond nearby as well as lots of trees and open fields. This was one of the most serene, relaxing locations that we have stayed at and we really enjoyed being able to slow down and just enjoy nature! There are TONS of walking paths right on the property so you can go hiking and explore while you are there. This is a property we would highly recommend and would love to stay at again in the future! :)

Super Scenic Wooded Pond
in Kevin B.’s Land, PennsylvaniaKy Ann M.recommends this listing.

We LOVED staying at this property!! The pond was beautiful and we loved pitching our tent nearby. One of our favorite things at this property was the hammock-it was such a fun way to relax throughout the day with a book or a cup of coffee, just enjoying the quietness. There was also a huge bonfire available, which was a super fun activity! We really appreciated how private and quiet this location was, we camped back in the woods and it was really away from everything. Our own little private campsite! The pond and woods were beautiful, but all of the views around the campsite were stunning as well so it would definitely be worth your time to just take a walk around and enjoy the views. We highly recommend this property! :)

We really loved how private it was and how it felt like we had the area all to ourselves for miles and miles, just by how it was set up. We also enjoyed walking around the pond and seeing all the property had to offer. We didn't end up fishing, but that was definitely a nice activity to offer that we would love to use in the future if we stay again! :)
