Host James was very professional and kind. He sends very detailed directions, & meets you outside to help you to your site. He provided vast information about my planned visit to Arches national park. He was very accommodating, but unfortunately our timing didn’t work out for me to fill up water in these cold months (although this is a service he will provide). He is forthcoming in his description of the area, so take note of this. There were beautiful views of the mountains from my site and I did feel safe. However, the area is remote and the surrounding houses are more run down with lots of scrap in their yards and you will also see this from your site. A little pricey considering that, however it seems you’ll pay more for full hook ups the closer you get to Moab.
