Good for star gazing, watching fireflies, self reflection, and alone time. Listen to the birds sing, and maybe see some rabbits, or a fox or two. Hear cows in the distance. True southern lawn. Quiet neighborhood; likely not to see or hear anyone else. Spanish moss is beautiful to look at, but please don’t touch... red bugs are no fun. Within ten miles from I65. A gas station, subway, ace hardware, family dollar, and dollar general are all within a mile of the site. Please watch out for snakes when it’s warm out. There is no hospital nearby.

in Quiet Winery campsite, New MexicoWould definitely stay again
Camping was in a nice little area set aside at a winery. It was lovely, and o felt very safe. Nice ran bathroom. There was even a live band until dark. It was perfect.
Gateway to the Grand Canyon
in Gateway to the Grand Canyon, ArizonaGreat stop for the grand canyon.
The vast open space provided plenty of privacy for me. There was a clean, well kept outhouse. It was perfect. And so close to the Grand Canyon.
Bonus, the hosts were extremely helpful and kind.
Private campsite
in Star Gazer Ranch, New MexicoNice mountain view
Very well kept, and felt private. Nice pavilion for eating or hanging out. I spent a lovely two days there to soak up some sun and recharge with solar.
Great Sand Dunes getaway!
in Visit the middle of nowhere!, ColoradoMajestic if you can make it
I made it out to the place, which was stunning by the way, but couldn’t get a response from the host about where to park. There was fresh snow on the ground so I couldn’t see where others had been. Had to stay at a motel last minute bc it was getting dark, and I didn’t want to be stuck out there. Amazing view of the horses.
Coyote Breaks Farm
in Coyote Breaks Farm, TexasDreamy landscape
This place incredible. I was in awe of the scenery. Super nice host, too! I never thought I would be able to camp on a wind farm, it was surreal.
Little Missouri Riverfront Camp
in Little Missouri riverfront camp, ArkansasSurprising view.
Host was so nice. Very well kept & private campsite. I felt very safe and secluded, and had a wonderful view of the river! 100% recommended
#2 Nrth Valley Trees ez access
in Lone Mound Ranch, TexasMountain View
in On Top of the World, ArkansasSuper nice host. Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay there because of my terrible navigation skills. No reflection on his directions at all.
