$40 May special. New WIFI just installed for you. Fresh gravel on a level open field with power and water. NO toilet on site! You must have a self contained unit with a working toilet. It can be a porta potty in your trailer, camper, van or RV. Just as long as you pack it out with you. Quiet area easy to get in and out. Away from highway on a private sunny, fenced property with 3 RV or travel trailer sites. Each site has electrical plug in 30 amp and 110. Water at each site. I have 2 sites with water and only 110, 15 amp plug in... not listed at this time... could work for a small van/rv 20ft or so not needing much space or power. Let me know if that might work for you we can work on details. Close to town, Noyo Harbor and beaches. 3rd generation family owned property. My grandfather started, my father added to the property. Now it's my turn.
