Where do I even start? To start off I found this campsite by looking through five or six different states and this was my number one that stood out just based on photos. I then went through and read reviews and decided this was the perfect campsite for my trip. I stayed for three nights all of which were in the 30s at night in the 50s during the day. Jon was absolutely amazing and very welcoming the first thing he did was go over some rules of me make sure my truck was four-wheel-drive and make sure my load was secure before guiding me up to my campsite. I was the only one that was booked while I was there so he upgraded me from the site I booked to site one which I believe is the peak. What can I even say about this site is absolutely stunning views of mountain tops in the valley below. The trail to get up to the site is not the easiest but also not the hardest four-wheel-drive is definitely required. His dog Max even came for a visit and hung out with me for a little bit. Jon was great letting me know that there was a meteor shower and keep an eye out for it and he also made sure that the weather was going to be good for me each day. I would 100% recommend this site and this place to go camp over everywhere I’ve ever can’t before. I felt safe walls at my site and didn’t feel like I was in any danger ever. 100 out of 100 I would for sure come back and I’m planning another trip already.
