This area is very special to me because as a kid my parents had a small cabin by Cascade so we had lots of great memories in this area. I just love the terrain with the Gigantic boulders!

This is a very private quiet forest subdivision. You will see a view of Round Valley through the trees. There is a galvanized fire ring. Please burn only wood that is purchased or some of the dead twigs found on the property. Please do not cut any wood off live trees!

If there are fire restrictions due to high fire danger, please do not burn wood.

There are multiple things to do near the area: Fishing in Lake Cascade is nice or golf on the course just past the town of Cascade. There are some great hikes or mountain biking you can take near by.

Several hotsprings abound ie- Gold Fork, Trail Creek, Burgdorf- may need to reserve.Famous Warm Lake is about 25 miles East down the road.Also, Famous McCall is just 27 miles the other direction with picturesque Payette Lake.

Please be considerate of neighbors. This property is tucked back away from most people but sound can be carried to other areas. Please observe our quiet times of 10pm to 7am and keep noise levels at a minimum during those times.

If desired, there is a lot about 500 feet prior to reaching the actual campsite available for a vehicle. Since restrooms are not available at this site please be equipped to properly dispose of your waste. It should not be left on the campgrounds. Pack it in, Pack it out!
