The Heritage Farms Garden Apartment
in Tent Camping at Heritage Farms, OhioThis was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The space was huge, and felt very clean and tidy. There were accommodations throughout the home, like tea, coffee, filtered water, fully stocked kitchen that made this place just perfect. And Carol was the sweetest! Letting me know all about the area, the apartment, and how she came to be at a Christmas Tree Farm. She was such a delight. Definitely check this place out. You will not be disappointed.
Creekside Cottage
in The Viking Longhall, OhioCreek side cottage was placed perfectly by a creek, so you can doze off to the sound of the running water. It was set up with a stove and all the kitchenware you could need. Dave the host was very hospitable and welcomed us around the property, giving us a tour of the entire land and what was offered during our stay. My friend and I felt very comfortable staying at the Creek side cottage.
Cabin Rentals
in A Rustic Ravine Cabin Adventure, West VirginiaThis was a great stay for my family and me. Joe and Paul were really friendly, showing us around the property and telling us about their future plans for the space, which sounds amazing. I can't wait to see where they are in 1 year. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy the outside, but have accommodations that make you feel like you're in a fancy resort.
Camping in the Hocking Hills
in Altenbrauch Farm, OhioCamping at Hidden in the Hocking Hills was very peaceful. Caleb greeted us right when we arrived, had a map of the property and provided us with information on local activities. We were able to drive right up to where we pitched our tent. A fire ring had been left from the campers before, which came in handy for cooking hot dogs and s'mores later in the night. I would highly recommend camping at Hidden in the Hocking Hills.
Spring House Retreat
in Burnhead Grazings, PennsylvaniaJust Two Blocks Away
in Two Blocks Away Farm, OhioKali and her family were so welcoming, greeting us when we arrived, showing us around the property, and telling us about local native plants. The tent location was right by a stream, which made for a beautiful location to pitch a tent and cook hot dogs and s'mores over a fire. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks Kali for a wonderful stay!
Briarpatch
in The Briarpatch, West VirginiaAbsolutely beautiful home away from home. Soup in the crock pot, coffee and tea at hand, and a stunning cabin that made for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. I highly recommend the Briarpatch.
Tiny House - Big Farm Adventure
in Highland House, PennsylvaniaThe Highland Tiny House was so much fun! My dog and I enjoyed roaming the area, visiting with the Highland cattle, making a fire, walking in the nearby steam, and cozying up in the tiny home. For anyone that wants a relaxing and unique weekend, please visit the Highland Tiny House. You won't be disappointed.
Six Buckets Farm
in Six Buckets Farm, OhioSix Buckets Farms was quite an experience. The weather was absolutely perfect for our camping adventure. Lindsey, the host, was extremely gracious upon our arrival, especially being that she didn't know we were coming...slight communication error on my part :) But that didn't matter. She showed us around the area and pointed out good spots to pitch our tent, which we did. The view on top of the hill where we picked overlooked their pond, home, their abundance of pigs and their other property across the street. It was quiet and peaceful under the stars while we sat around the fire. I would definitely recommend Six Buckets Farm for your next camping adventure.
Cabin at Maple Grove
in The Retreat at Maple Grove, OhioCabin at Maple Grove
in The Retreat at Maple Grove, OhioCamp Benedict by Olympic NP
in Two Miles to Olympic NP, WashingtonMatt was the most gracious, kind, and accommodating host. The tent was decked out with sleeping pads, sleeping bags, blankets, lights, warm and cold water and coffee and tea. He offered up suggestions around town and was a huge help in planning our next day travel adventures. I would recommend this site to anyone in Port Angeles.
