My friend and I stayed at the Highland Yurt this past weekend. We had such a wonderful time on the premises, and hiking all the beautiful spots nearby. This area of the country truly is magical! Liz was an amazing host. She loaned me some key items I forgot, invited me to a truly wonderful meditation time in the morning, and spent many hours in deep conversation. She is a true teacher and healer and I am grateful to have spent time with her. Her space shows the love and vision she has and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Liz!

My husband and I tent camped there with our dog and toddler. We had an amazing time! The land is beautiful and we were welcomed so graciously by the hosts. They showed us around their museum of all the Civil War and Native American artifacts found on the property, let us eat the pears off their tree, and we even got a four wheeler ride to a cave from some fellow lodgers. The facilities were clean and even smelled good. Our son loved to watch the ducks in the creek and pet the horses. We will definitely be back!
