Our music festival got cancelled so we booked this last minute. We had the two days to ourselves! Was so private and relaxing. It was our first “real” camping trip that was not festival involved. We got scared of the farm cats rustling during the night but Dana was kind enough to drive to our location to check on us (a good laugh). We had trouble finding the location at first, drove an hour out :/ to be fair, these directions normally work for most but we are unsure why our maps messed up. But once we arrived on location, Dana was super sweet and even provided us a pan to cook in (we forgot) and even helped us starting a fire. She’s the perfect place for first time campers or even if you’re experienced, it’s a lovely spot. We were directly next to the lake and she even allowed us access to the pier near. Will be returning again and again!
