Past trip
in Tiny House in Happy Valley, North CarolinaThe Tiny House is a slice of Heaven experience. So peaceful and private. Angela and Jesse are so very gracious and welcoming. The farm animals are delightful. Buster the rooster is fun to hear in the distance. Musts do are the freshly baked and steaming sourdough bread with local honey, walking to the nearby waterfalls, nightly campfires, the locally raised wagyu steaks on the grill, Pizza and beer at the Owners new Happy Valley Filling Station brewery, 2 miles away. The Tiny house itself is a work of art, so fun and comfortable, from the very comfy loft bed to the little wood stove. We hiked, biked, paddle boarded and fished , all within a half hour . We Loved our glamping experience and look forward to returning next year!!

Shawn is a great host, gracious and very friendly, very helpful. His site is currently for Boondocking, very close to nature, what we love. Shawn went the extra mile to build us a fireplace and supply wood. He also went to his home then made a special trip to provide us mapquest directions to the next leg of our adventure. We fell asleep with the babbling river and woke with his roosters crow and distant cow mooing! The view of the Appalachian mountain range is astounding. We didn’t miss WiFi , and though we would love electricity and water...we shall return for the beautiful setting. Thank you, Shawn!
