This was a great campsite. You can camp right next to a really nice small pond. There was a fire pit that I did not use because it was a nice warm evening. It was a fun place to relax, fish and have open spaces to play with my dog. I would definitely stay again

It was beautiful, quiet, and the perfect spot for a weekend away. The spot next to the lake was incredible! My boyfriend and I had a blast with our dogs. I’ll definitely be going back!

A nice secluded place to camp right outside of the A&M campus. A pond with a view. Watched a beautiful sunset from the pond. Super quiet and safe place to get away too

I want to start by saying I read reviews as everyone should. Some said it was hard to find, and the response time was slow. So, I messaged before even booking, and got a response with address within 5 min or less. So we booked it, and it was amazing. Also the address HipCamp gives is now 100% accurate as well. We had a great time, walked the trails, cooked, and enjoyed the quite. You can here the generators as a review mentioned, but it was like an extremely distant highway. We will for sure be going back.

We stayed here for Aggie game day weekend and it was a great option. We may do the same thing for next time! Thanks.
