Amenities are still being completed, but one we can offer is complete seclusion in the hills of Utopia. Come for a week or stay for a lifetime!

I called Wanda a couple hours before our arrival to let her know we would be there late. She was very helpful in giving me clear directions, she stated that if we needed anything when we got there to give her a call and she would be there shortly to accommodate us. We navigated the park easily at night and found our spot. The park was very nice and well kept and the spots were very spacious. I would definitely stay there again.
It’s a new place so all the amenities aren’t there yet. However, the full hookups are first class, pads are very accessible for any size rig, and Wanda does everything she can to make it a good setup and stay. The setting is very nice wide-open hill country Texas. Many pads have done shade. Convenient to Utopia and surroundings.
