Beautiful and peaceful stay, wish we could’ve stayed longer and explored the grounds more!
Fantastic, very relaxing and quiet and beautiful scenery and hammock space.
We loved our luxury yurt experience and highly recommend! Our family was looking for a spot to unwind and explore the Wimberley area over Easter weekend. Upon arrival, Marilyn personally escorted us to the yurt and gave us a quick tour. She had hid Easter eggs in the yurt to add some fun for our kids upon arrival. The experience was so refreshing from our daily grind. We were able to really unwind and connect with nature while exploring the property. The yurt was privately located had every aminity possible, complete with espresso and hot water soaking bath. The king size bed made for lazy mornings. Our kids loved watching the humming birds, lounging in the chair hammocks and of course s’mores by the fire. We even got a couple of clear star gazing nights! We took short trips to Blue Hole, Blanco River and of course Wimberley town square, where we did the cafe with live music, browsed a few shops and enjoyed Amy’s ice cream. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and restful experience.
I would pack my bags tomorrow and go LIVE in this yurt! Our stay at the Cedars Ranch was incredible. The hosts are incredibly kind and gave us a tour of their property which is currently in development to add a wellness center and wedding/event venue. The yurt is 'glamping' at its finest! There is a full kitchen, laundry, slipper tub, library, tv, and a giant cozy bed. The yurt is bright and wonderfully decorated. There also is a beautiful deck with hammocks, patio furniture, hummingbird feeders, and more. I would highly recommend staying here - especially several nights!
