It was our 1st time camping with friends and won’t be our last . We loved the property and found it very easy to move around once we were there . Restrooms are very convenient and clean ! Will definitely be back to SecoRidge .
Second time visiting, and once again, it didn't disappoint. The campgrounds were well kept, and our site had fantastic sunrise views. I am already looking forward to planning my next stay!

Woody's place is a perfect getaway that offers multiple levels of camping experience in a beautiful setting, super close to Garner State Park and Utopia, TX.
We brought our camper van and friends rented the bunkhouse - we all enjoyed the communal kitchen, bathrooms, and fire pit. There are also more primitive sites, spread far from the center of the communal area that offered privacy and a more natural camp setting (with a bathroom in walking distance). Everything is custom made by artful hands and it has a real homestyle summer-camp vibe throughout.
Seco Ridge has plenty of distractions (treehouse, horse-shoes, basketball hoop, free range chickens, penned donkeys and goats, hammocks, corn hole, disc golf, and a couple nice hike/bike trails) but you could also go out there and keep it super simple...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very welcoming and allowed us to take our pick of any open campsites when we arrived, which was very helpful to pick a site that worked best for us. We would definitely stay here again! It was so convenient for spending time at Garner State Park and Lost Maples.

Everything was beautiful stunning views of the hill country we love our campsite you could easily fit 3 8 person tents and host Woody was so friendly and everything was maintain in excellent conditions the restroom was so clean and so much room for your shower and changing the nights for star gazing was amazing will definitely come back to stay

Seco Ridge is one of the coolest campgrounds I've ever been to. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and the whole lot was decorated to make it cute and homey. I stayed at site 6, which has a restored horse trailer with hammocks inside! The wifi sometimes reaches site 6 but I had decent cell reception either way. Nice views of the hills too.
I bought firewood from the host through Hipcamp and he gave me probably 8-9 pieces of super dry wood that could easily be made into kindling. This is a great deal if you want a campfire and don't bring your own wood.
Seco Ridge is only a 25 minute drive from Lost Maples, is and very close to downtown Utopia, which is very convenient.
If I'm ever back in the area, I'd 100% stay there again.
