Warm, welcoming, helpful and hospitable! Felt like part of the community! Justin got our fire started just to be nice and even brought us firewood. They have a few terrain wagons to help with transporting belongings or firewood and spaces farther from main camp for privacy. Turtle camp was PERFECT for Earth Day! So much vegetation and plant life! We even got lucky enough to say hi to some horses right on the other side of the fence! One of the the coolest guys stopped by and offered the soup for the night as well(started with a K). Our spot was far enough away to play loud music and not disturb other campers and we danced around the fire pit! Definitely recommend!

There weren’t trails or maintained camp grounds. The owners/hosts were really kind. The amenities were underwhelming for folks camping. Kitchen, shower, and restroom were slim to none unless you rented the treehouse. Restroom was a compost toilet next to another renter/RV. There weren’t any picnic tables or campsite amenities. They also placed other campers very close to our site (stones throw) even though we paid almost $100 for the weekend. There were also 4+ off leash dogs roaming around which was disconcerting considering we have a dog uncomfortable with other dogs but were told all dogs had to be on leash. While not the owners fault, the neighbors a property over were blasting music and shooting guns the whole night. Everyone was very kind and helpful in general and it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a lax weekend with some noise and neighbors.
