Too many barking dogs in the middle of the night.
Too many loud motorcycles and trucks going by on the main road nearby in the middle of the night.

Arrived after dark. There was no visible signage to tell where you were going. So we did not really know what we were doing. Did not see any obvious water access. Might've been useful. The only toilet was apparently a compost toilet. We were warned of spiders in it. So now we were rationing water and, not having brought toilet paper, unable to sh%$.

The real issue, though, was the noise. There was an insanely loud Mexican band nearby that played until about 11. Then someone was shooting off fireworks. Then a hotrod was making as loud of noises as it possibly could on the road. Then the barnyard animals that seemed to be housed on the same property starting f&*$ing, first the donkeys and then the cows.

I'm not kidding that this experience was HELLISH.

Super nice guys, very relaxed place. A bit hard to find cuz I didn’t see a sign. I recommend looking for a mailbox w Texas flag on it that says “building 1” and another mailbox right next to it the says “building 2” that stuck out on the road so we decided to try there and see if that’s red sky and we got lucky. Hope that helps someone else! Great place to relax :)

It was beautiful and pretty peaceful. We stayed in a big tepee tent that was set up like a little house. It was amazing! If you camp while its cold at night bring extra blankets and clothes. It got really cold at nights and early morning 3-28-21
