This is a small acreage Christmas Tree Farm with land to roam on. Woods and a creek with some playground equipment on it. It is surrounded by two pastures with cows and sheep and goats with the back side capped off by a pine grove (not accessible). We are still clearing and working on trails and bridges. Lots to do in the area around this property.

If you are looking for a secluded area to camp, this is perfect! No people, no noises whatsoever. We enjoyed camping here a lot! We were looking for a private and relaxing time and that' what we found. It's a nice place to rest and gain back our strength within the beauty of nature.
Nick was very accommodating. The area has picnic tables and a fire pit.

Nick is a real gentleman. I was currently moving to my new property here in Overton and my house didn’t close. He let me bring my dogs and let me stay here knowing I was welcomed and could relax with the stress I was under; and I did destress and was able to relax while being here. His property is quiet and simple. The stars were amazing to see when camping. It was also nice to sit at a picnic table with a fire ring close by. The roads leading to it had a perfect display of pine trees to greet you before you came to your campsite. Not only that, restrooms were clean and sanitary. Overall, I will come back here in the summer to camp here.
