The Roost is an air-conditioned/heated cabin with a large covered porch, wifi, electrical power, showers inside and outside, fire pit, large cedar picnic table under a large tree, wildlife feeders, full-sized fridge and cooking appliances, and it
Imagine an apartment on a wooded meadow. complete with toilet, sink, BBQ, four bunks and an RV parking spot outside with hookups. The Roost is an air-conditioned/heated cabin with a large covered porch, wifi, electrical power, showers inside and outside, fire pit, large cedar picnic table under a large tree, wildlife feeders, full-sized fridge and cooking appliances, and it towers 10 feet in the air over an old stone water storage tank. Sunsets and Sunrises here are breathtaking. Sleeps four inside and the RV spot with hookups is included in the base rate. Base price includes up to four persons in the apartment and up to four persons in the RV spot. Additional persons over eight persons and up to ten persons maximum are $10.00 per person. Note that we have video surveillance on all roadways of the property for security and wildlife census. The water tank holds 1500 gallons but please be careful with water usage as the solar well only produces 150 gallons per day.
