Tipi sites feature potable water, composting toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings all within easy walking distance. with horses, chickens, organic gardens and fruit trees, woodland trails, and ponds to fish, swim, or paddle in. 

Get easy access to local nature sites: Lake Ray Roberts State Park, (great bike trails) Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge (great for birding), and CrossTimbers Trails, as well as boating opportunities at many local marinas at Lake Texoma, Lake Ray Roberts, and Lake Lewisville.

Your stay will also help support the educational non-profit Camp Tonkawa Outdoor Learning Center, which connects children and adults with nature through outdoor immersion activities that teach essential life skills.

April is a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The area we were in was very private and had easy access to multiple trails. Her and Sarah were also incredible with our horseback riding experience to ensure we were all comfortable and had a great time.
