Drum circle with friends
Nice little get away from the city. There was a bit of noice and since the spot I picked was next to the road there we could hear cars speeding by. Since the area is getting more populated there is more traffic. But still very nice get away. There was water and electricity which was very helpful for charging and cleaning. Porter potty was very clean stocked with TP and wipes. Fairly prices for the location and amenities. The person on site was very friendly and helpful. There is still work underway there but still a good spot to escape to a nature and more private than a state park. All in all was very pleased.
Great camping find
This was a last minute impromptu father daughter camping trip! The host is very accommodating and had a bundle of wood ready for us at our camp site. The camp grounds were full of trees and nature. The stars were visible and the sounds of wild life were heard throughout the night. I highly recommend this camp ground!
I enjoyed camping here. The area I drove into was under construction but the host soon came over and directed me to the right spot. They also were helpful to see if I had firewood. The road nearby quiets down after 9 PM while the farm down the street moos into action.
Will be a frequent escape <3 10/10
Was worried I couldn’t achieve my New Years plan to have a trunk bed date with my partner but we found Hipcamp and were even luckier to find this camp!
Even saw a few fireworks but regardless the wind in the trees and the night sky looked beautiful.
I love a close to home getaway. Will hopefully get to stay here every once in awhile!
Site was ok but closer to owners house than the pictures suggested. The owner began running his skid loader on Saturday but stopped when we asked him. Later on Saturday evening the dirt bike arena across the street revved up and we went home. $20 seemed about right
