Definitely more of a glamping experience with level pull through concrete pad with lots of space for setting up your site, fishing, kayaking and enjoying the cool sea breeze right on the water. Picnic table on site and one kayak available for guest to use. Outdoor shower, grill and fishing cleaning sink on property. Lots of gorgeous sunsets and fishing right off the bulkhead. High speed internet is included. Minutes drive from Rockport.

Absolutely beautiful piece of property!!!! Roxy was quick to answer any questions we had leading up to the reservation, and everything was perfect upon arrival. There was fishing for my husband, who also really liked that they had a fish cleaning station. I really enjoyed the kayaking, as well as being able to tie off our river tub on the launching ramp and enjoy some time floating in the water. The fenced in private lot was also perfect for our dog to roam, and the full hook ups are definitely a plus. This is for sure on our short list of places to revisit again in the future!
This site was amazing and my family and I had a great time. Roxy was very polite and responsive and answered all questions we had. The water front views were insane and the breeze at the location made you comfortable, even during the heat of the day. There were so many extra amenities provided such as crab traps, kayak, outdoor showers, fish cleaning station, and grill. We will definitely be booking this site again in the near future. Highly recommend.
