Our 7 acre lake is ready for you to enjoy! Bring your paddle boards and kayaks. Relax and read a book lakeside. The native mesquite trees are a distinctive feature of the ranch. Admire the neighboring cattle, miniature horses and goats though please stay on the 4G side of the fences. A Sunflower patch has been planted east of the lake. Enjoy cooking out in the RV pad area. Campers should bring their outdoor cooking and dining equipment. Campfire permitted in the designated area on RV pad when there are no burn bans for Cooke County. Fish stocking is planned the summer of 2022 as the lake dam was recently renovated. This is a Texas environment and we recommend protective shoes when hiking around the property. Visit quaint downtown Valley View with wine tasting at Firelight Vineyards, local dining and distillery Whiskey Hollow. 4G Ranch is located 20 minutes north of bustling Denton with its historic town square and many restaurants.
