The view from the camp was amazing and the grounds were well kept.
William was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying on his property!
Beautiful location with an amazing sunset! We loved the convenience of the bell tent and short distance to the Blanco river. We absolutely loved hiking exploring around the property. The whole place is so serene. And the hosts were great. Get the jam!

Sunset Hill Bell Tent was fantastic - we didn’t even use or need the tent, as we brought a little pop-up of sorts, but we rented the spot for the solitude, views, and to use the awesome deck and Adirondack chairs as a living room. We had our three dogs in tow and enjoyed walking on trails on the property.
The time and effort and care put into building these sites was evident at every turn - we were thoroughly impressed and feel lucky we’re only an hour and change away in Austin.
Bonus: Real Ale Brewery is within striking distance of the property!
Peace & quiet, views, r&r - we will be back!

A beautiful view and great host! We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for the weekend!

Bill’s land was gorgeous! Amazing sunsets, beautiful hiking trails and close to Pedernales State Park. The bell tent was perfect for my husband and our two crazy heelers.

3 Dry Wells Ranch is a perfect camping spot, and I look forward to returning! Communication with Bill was clear and convenient. I met him at the main house, and he quickly showed me to the Sunset Bell tent. The tent is incredibly spacious (with short-carpet floor), views are gorgeous, and the hammock swing is a great touch! The property is very convenient to Blanco State Park, downtown Blanco, and Johnson City. I was in Blanco for a bike ride so my time at 3 Dry Wells Ranch was brief, but I'll be returning soon for a camping-focused stay!
