TN River Front

The site has an RV pavilion roof that is 20’ x 30’ with over 20' vertical clearance, tall enough to fit a tall class A RV with room to spare.

The site includes 50A, 30A, & 20A electric, city water, septic system with a standard 4” hookup, a chirt driveway and parking pad, and rock river bank to prevent erosion along the Tennessee River side.

The TN river side has a small sandy beach when the water level is lower.

The non river side of the site is located on a lagoon also with water access.

The White Oak Landing Gated RV Community includes its own amenities such as a boat ramp, covered pavilion with picnic tables, a half basketball court, volleyball court, fire pit, a gated entrance, and regular trash pickup at a dumpster.
