Beautiful hills and rock outcrops
Host is super easy, sites are easy access, power and water are easy to use in the RV stalls, bathhouse and showers are good and hot water was super fast. Beautiful area tons of waterfalls nearby. Best of all my kids and wife loved the place and area too
Beautiful farm stay
Cherry Hill Farm was the Tennessee we were dreaming of! A beautiful farm that offers the perfect place to rest for the night when on a long road trip (like us) or for a fun, peaceful getaway. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!
1-night stay, near i-40, quiet/safe
We stayed here one night on our drive westward through TN on I-40. We booked late in the evening and arrived as it was getting dark. Host Carl was very accommodating and even drove by to make sure we were okay. We were the only ones here. We stayed in our camper-van and did not hook up to the electric, although it was available. The night was peaceful and we felt safe. We appreciated the bathroom and hot (outdoor) shower. In the morning, we went for a walk and saw the huts in the woods for people without RVs/Vans. These are primitive (no doors/ no mattresses) but in a cool, woodsy setting. This is a very nice area with a beautiful lake nearby. Would stay again -- enjoyed the location and meeting Carl.
Hidden campsite near highway
Very nicely kept campsite just far enough away from the highway. Served perfectly as a jumping off point for my girlfriend and I. Area was very clean and the restrooms were clean and better than most at a campground. When we camped, there was no one here. Carl was great and responded to all messages and questions I had
Secret hollow haven off the highway
We had a wonderful stay at Cherry Hill. It was a Sunday night and we were the only guests, so we were able to pick whichever camping spot suited us best (and there are a great variety to choose from). If your car has four-wheel drive, consider one of the sites down the hill—they are a bit more private and tucked away from the road. The sheds were new and clean, the outdoor shower water was warm, and there was a great little fire pit ready to go. The host was out of town, but extremely communicative and helpful and easily reached.
I parked my car overnight here when traveling cross-country. This is only a couple miles off of I-40, but tucked enough back that you don’t feel like you are on the interstate. I felt safe and it was nice and quiet. I would stay here again.
