This walk-in tent site is in a large mature pine stand on the highest point of our farm, with great views of the surrounding fields with animals, orchard, pond, and beehives. It has open space as well as full tree cover, lots of level tents spaces, a fire pit, and a composting outhouse. Camping is on the top of the wooded hill, with parking a short walk of a few hundred feet down the hill. This is our most primitive campsite, our Meadow sites have picnic tables and drive-up access.
We do allow pets in this area on leash, or under immediate control - we have multiple farm guard dogs and they can be overly friendly to people (and their food) and occasionally less-than-friendly to other dogs, but you can close the gates at the bottom of the hill to keep them out.

We loved camping up in the pine forest spot; it was absolutely beautiful.
On our second day we took a tour with Caleb and had a great time learning about all the cool things they've been doing on the property.
100% recommend giving this place a go.
We just visited Solace Farm for the second time and will continue to go back. The campsite is beautiful, and the pine trees make the air so refreshing. The farm also has lots of different animals — we even got to enjoy some duck eggs and hold a freshly hatched turkey!
For a beautiful getaway with very friendly hosts, pay the Solace Farm a visit!
I had the BEST time camping at Solace Farm. Easy hammock set up, some solitude, and also generous and gracious hosts. Where else can you see baby goats being born? Amy, Caleb and their kids are knowledgeable, helpful, have great information about all things local and happy to show off their wonderful space. I will absolutely be back.
AWESOME experience, beautiful land and farm with super hospitable family, definitely want to return!
We had a wonderful experience! The hosts are fine folks and the land is beautiful! Lots of amazing animals to gaze upon while enjoying the view. We will be returning soon.
It was great. Host was waiting outside for us with his pack of pups when we arrived just before sundown; brought us fresh eggs in the morning and let us have our way of the area and help ourselves to walking around the farm. The dogs were great. Pack of 5 with another pup that just hung around too. They were there to wake us up in the morning and were a pleasure to have around camp.
Amazing experience. The hosts were very accommodating. The sites were tucked backed away from the family home in a nice stretch of beautiful pine forest. Good amount of distance and privacy from other sites.
We were greeted by the sweetest pack of Pyrenees dogs which we loved hanging out with. Other highlights were the fresh eggs and honey from the farm and watching the grazing animals.
Quiet, safe and super fun (especially if you love animals!). Best hip camp experience so far :)
