Our 8.5 acre horse farm is a beautiful place to be in the backwoods of Music City.

We are close to Percy Priest lake, BNA airport, and only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville  (unless you're going at rush hour!)

We have a small music venue onsite (which doubles as the common porch) and have hosted our fair share of singer-songwriter nights. Let us know if you want to host a show when you come through, we are always open to set one up!

We are working on setting up more amenities and glamping sites, but for now, come sleep in your tent, car, van, or trailer. I am open to you driving your vehicle into the grass where you want to camp, *depending on the weather & the state of the grass.*

We have a toilet and sink available, but no shower yet. Outlets are available in the restroom, and in the common porch.

The common porch is available for lounging, recreation, shade, cooking, etc. Kitchen in the common porch includes sink, mini fridge, keurig (bring your own k-cups), hot plate, and various cooking accessories. There is one big black trashcan in the common porch you may use. We have an additional trash can, recycling bin, and a separate recycling bin for glass under the car port of the house. Please keep up with your garbage and bring it to those bins. I am working on setting up more bins around the property for your convenience.

Fires are allowed. There is one fire pit set up in the yard you may use, and a fire pit on the common porch. Do not burn anywhere else. Bring your own firewood or purchase firewood here, available in the extras.

There is usually more than one party camping. The bathrooms are shared, the common porch is shared- be respectful and don't leave a mess for the other guests. We have different recommended sites available, some in open space and some more sheltered by trees, for desired privacy. That said, you are still welcome to choose anywhere you think is best. Sleep in the hay barn in a sleeping bag if you  really want to. Whatever makes you happy :)

This is my home- life happens here. Myself and my roommates will be around taking care of and working the horses. Folks might be fixing fences or doing landscaping work- you get the gist. You are invited to share in the spectacular experience of being on the farm!

I am able to accommodate most needs, ask me ANYTHING! I look forward to hosting you :)

This was my first time trying Hipcamp and I am so glad I chose this place. Rachel was friendly and the farm itself was beautiful. We were tent camping so it was nice to also have a kitchen area as well and clean bathrooms.

We had a very pleasant stay with lots of shade and a nice restroom that was easy to access. The area was quiet and peaceful, you’d never know how close you are to Nashville. We would definitely stay again!
