Hi Y'all You'll be staying in my backyard that's located 1.2 miles from downtown Nashville/Bridgestone Arena, within a mile from Nissan Stadium, home to Tennessee Titans & Nashville Soccer Club. Its not 100% level but close, depending on how you park. Im located in East Nashville which is filled with a menagerie of independently owned businesses & restaurants.

Everything was so perfect. Rachel is awesome and made our trip so easy and seamless. The location couldn't be beat!
Rachel was a great host. We had a couple of nice conversations, she recommended a great Western swing band and gave me a ride downtown. The space was exactly as advertised - a quiet place on the side of her house where you can park a van for a good price.

Absolutely great place to stay in your van! Not far from downtown, super friendly host, and had a nice sunrise. Will be back for my next Nashville trip!

Rachel’s backyard was Terrific. We were easily able to level our van and she gave us use of electric and water. Lovely quiet yard to relax in and walking distance from Five Points/East End. Biked along the Shelby Bottom Greenway just steps away from the house and only a little over a mile to pedestrian bridge to downtown. Rachel was a kind and friendly host even helped out with a ride when we needed it.

Fantastic and serene backyard in the heart of Nashville. Rachel was wonderful, accommodating and made sure my stay was great. It’s only a five-ten dollar Uber ride downtown, so you can park and still easily easily get around. I would totally recommend this listing.
