There are only two camper spots, and we were the only camper there. Our 30ft travel trailer with slide out fit fine. Full hook-ups (water, sewer, 50/30/20 Amp electrical). We also had xfinity cable (box provided by host) and WiFi. Site was level gravel pad with a fire ring/grill. Cosby Creek is literally 10 feet behind the sites. There were people fishing upstream, where the water appeared to be a little deeper. Very shallow behind the sites. Refreshingly cool water to put your feet in, just be careful of the slippery rocks. It was quiet there, even though there are cabins on both sides of the camper pads. Host was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. No one bothered us at all during our stay.
