Primitive campsites set down in our quiet valley. There are water spigots, and guests have access to a beautiful men's and women's bathhouse with showers. Campers are welcome to come take a dip our swimming pool. We are a small business owned by a few retired horse wom,en- it took a leap of faith to undertake such a big place, but we love it.  Our employees live on or very close to the ranch. They have a great love for the land, and enjoy sharing it with our guests. We are an intentional community and follow "The Four Agreements".

MCMR Tent Camp
We got to the ranch and couldn’t find anyone to talk to. No one in the office, deli was closed. I find the owners number on a piece of paper and send a txt that I’m there to check in but never got any text back (not even the next day). We talk to some guests at the lodge who point us to the right direction of camp sites. We get to the camp sites and there’s one spot we can find that even had a place to camp the rest were all just a bunch of grass down a hill it seemed like, but like I said, couldn’t find anyone to ask. We were looking forward to the pool and deli, both were closed with no explanation and again , could find no one to ask! We ended up just leaving and not staying the night. It was not what we expected and not having anyone to check us in or help us out with our questions made it a horrible experience for us. I was really looking forward to staying too.

Fun in the mountains in Tennessee!
Our second annual trip without any dissatisfaction. Horse riding, amazing food, creeks and a pool. What’s not to love?! The kids especially loved the water slide on a hot day. You don’t even need to leave the ranch for some fun. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect for Horses & Large RV's
Beautiful place run by nice, friendly people! It's a perfect place for horse owners who need a place for them to stay or for RV owners who want to save money on a full service RV site. The stars and sunsets are fantastic! And there is a fire tower nearby with a stunning view from the very edge of the Smoky Mountain N'tl Park. The only word of caution we'd offer is that the "General Store" and "Cafe" are not actually very functional, and the bath house was poorly cleaned. So we'd steer tent campers in a different direction since the nearest supplies of any kind are at least a 20 minute drive away.

MCMR Tent Camp
I've only been to maybe 7 Hipcamps so far but this has been my favorite so far. It was fun walking around and seeing the horses. My brother and I had a private tent site as no one else was on that side. I really needed that hot shower, too! I enjoyed the wifi in the general store/resturaunt and even the meal we had before we left that saved us from going to fast food since our cooking equipment had been put away. I loved the vibe, too. This is an established place so put a different vibe than a brand new Hipcamp. I've already bookmarked it for if I ever return.

Great stay overall
My group and I absolutely loved this place. The camp host, the site and all the amenities were top notch. The hot water and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. The drive and walk to the nearby fire tower was awesome too! The only draw back was the black flies. Which did put somewhat of a damper on the weekend. Not sure how to avoid that next time but we’ll figure it out.

Great time!!
My family and I (4 adults and one dog) had a fantastic time! This was such an easy going vacation. They also had fun horse arena events lined up for kids and adults.
