Greenman campground
Prime location!
Richard’s property is a perfect location, so close to the highway, just minutes from downtown Knoxville and the zoo! Richard was very kind, helpful, and flexible with us. His fire pit area is cozy and adorable. The outdoor shower and separate “steam punk” bathroom are an added bonus and delightful. Richard really strives and succeeds at making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

Excellent stay.
We had a lovely stay on Richard’s property. My husband enjoyed the outdoor shower. It was great to have access to a Plumbed toilet too. Our pups had a blast and minus the outcome of the game on Saturday it was a perfect weekend.
The hosts are great enjoyed chatting and wished we had more time. It’s marked as a favorite and would love to return.

Wonderful environment and great wif
I loved camping in my van at Richard’s!!! It was quiet and beautiful but so close to everything. I had my own bathroom and outdoor shower. It was so nice having a hot shower in the outdoor setting. What was amazing was the Wi-Fi. I had to work for two days and had no problem attending multiple zoom meetings. I would absolutely stay with them again!

Very accomodating :)
Richard’s place was the perfect pit-stop on our roadtrip taking us through Knoxville. The amenities (shower, toilet, warm/hot water, wifi, even charging stations for cars!) were super welcome. Richard and his wife Barbara had amazing stories to tell all while leaving us all the space we needed!
We spent the best night out in town which is just a short Uber ride away. (Waffle House 6mins walk away was a nice plus).
We would totally come back - thank you for having us!
