Campsites beside a very low traffic gravel road. The bank of the river is steep, it’s nice to look at but you can’t easily get in (definitely too sketchy for little kids). Only site #1 has power, 20 and 50 amp so you will need an adapter if you run 30 amps. When you hook up tie your cord to the provided rope then walk to the road and pull it up (don’t try to pull yourself up the hill with the rope). Good experience, would go again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay by the Clinch River. We had a beautiful view of the river and plenty of space to enjoy our evening. Amy greeted us as we arrived and let us know about all the amenities, but ultimately left us to experience the quiet and serenity her gorgeous property had to offer. Definitely give it a try if you’re in the area!
