Farmhouse Gallery & Gardens

We camped in the site with the bamboo cave…it was amazing! At dusk all the birds in the county came to roost in it, the entire canopy was alive with movement and bird noise.
This was our first Hipcamp experience and Pat was so welcoming. There were various family members around, all friendly and interested in my son and me.
The location is stunning. Gorgeous views, the buffalo, lots of cool things to look at.
One thing is, as other reviewers have noted, it’s not a particularly quiet spot, as the road next to it is surprisingly loud. However I still totally recommend Pat’s place, and the real toilet was much appreciated ; )

What a beautiful place to roam and camp! The farm is full of animals, from beavers to cats to a herd of Buffalo. We had several campsites to choose from, and we chose a lively site by the pond. The geese were a little noisier than we expected, but there were some more secluded campsites on the hill and back pasture that would be a bit more quiet. The bathroom on site was an added convenience!
Miss Pat and Mr. Johnny were so friendly and accommodating, and we loved watching Mr. Robin create some beautiful cooking tools in his blacksmith shop. You must buy some of Miss Pat’s bread! It is absolutely delicious!

We loved camping here. We had so much space, the land is beautiful, and the hosts are so kind. We were the only ones there for the night so they let us have our pick of spots and you can’t go wrong with any of them! Thank you! We’d love to come back.

Loved camping here and seeing the Buffalo! Pat and Johnny were so kind and welcoming, they even gave us some homemade granola upon arrival. Highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful place! Our campsite was perfect. Pat and Johnny are great hosts and so fun to talk to. We really enjoyed meeting Robin and walking around the farm. We will definitely go there again!

Farmhouse gallery and Gardens is a wonderful and beautiful place. the land is stunning and the bison are amazing. Pat and her husband were gracious and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Let me count the ways…
Beautiful, scenic beauty. Wonderful hosts who want you to enjoy your stay. Baked goods from Pats kitchen! Feeding buffalo with Johnny and pounding iron with Robin.
Firewood. Water. Wifi…all the essentials.
We extended our trip because it was the most peaceful setting. And we plan to make it an annual visit, as long as they’ll have us!

Staying at Mrs. Pat's is a DREAM! We were made to feel very special and included on our small trip to the area! We were given a treat upon arrival, given a boost because my car died when setting up camp, allowed us to roam the property to explore, etc.
If Mr. Robin invites you to watch him in his blacksmith shop, do not hesitate! He is a wonderful teacher, and it was an incredible experience to watch creativity by fire and metal.
Explore the property, enjoy the frogs by the pond, go say "Hi!" to Sammy Fathead the buffalo, and stargaze in the open field.
