Located in Wears Valley in Sevier County, we are exactly half way between Townsend and Pigeon Forge. one mile to Foothills Parkway, less than 2 miles to a Great Smoky Mountains entrance. It is thirteen miles to Sugar land visitor center. We are easy access , no hill climbing or 4 wheel drive needed to stay here. Electric can be purchased for this site, it is only 20 amps so, probably won't run an air conditioner or large heater. Campers have had success with a small heater or fans. Bring a good quality extension cord at least 50 ft.

A unique and pleasant experience.
We were glad to have access to the amenities but it was crowded and located in a noisy neighborhood.
Was a very good camp site for a base camp type setup. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay there. The only nuance to this camp ground is the fact you're surrounded by animals of all types, if you're not an animal person you may not like that, otherwise, it is a great setup!
This was a great place to bring the family! Kimber was a great host, we will visit again. I didn't realize she was so close to pigeon forge, too.
My stay was okay. The host is nice and attentive. In my opinion, this site is expensive. Everything has been crudely been put together. Campsites sit between multiple houses. The shower doesn't drain properly and the restroom isn't very clean. At a lower price point, this place would be worth it.
Kimber was wonderful and a very welcoming host. Be sure to follow the directions she sends rather than Google Maps because otherwise you will get lost. If there are other folks staying at the same time you will not have a ton of privacy but definitely sufficient space. Some interaction with animals is necessary if you camp here so just be ready for that. Very well located to get to Smoky Mountains National Park.
This is a great place to stay, away from the crowds and the critters were awesome. The host is wonderful and very interesting. The critters are a must see.

Kimber has some of the coolest animals. She is located in such a great place close to so the Smokies and to Pidgen Forge.

Amazing experience with more amenities than you expect! Corky has an amazing story about her life and a property and animal experience that match! We loved our stay and would recommend this spot to anyone that loves animals, farms, outdoors, hiking or adventures!
