*I am experimenting with the price in order to accomodate for all guests. A Booking is only for one tent. You can add 2 more guests to original tent and a extra tent, up to 4 people, with booking. Any more than 8 people will need to be private camping, so should be discussed before booking is confirmed. I am open to feedback and am working to making a fair enjoyable experience for all parties!*
*I'm a bout to do a lot of travelling, so I can't guarantee I"ll be there. This is the reason the price has jumped up, but rest assured all funds go directly back into building and maintaining a pleasant property for all guests.*
*There are live cameras set up at my living quarters and at the entrance. Recently someone has chopped and debarked a couple Hemlock tree's. I have not put cameras up at campsite, but if people don't respect the property I will be forced to do so. Thanks!*

Best camping spot of the season!!
The land was beautiful and the camping area was very supplied for visitors. Scottie and Reggie (dog/ enthusiastic tour guide) were both awesome and very helpful. We got lucky and the weather was perfect! Lots to see and do around the property. Would definitely go again!
The campsite was beautiful! We had everything we needed, and the waterfall and swimming hole were wonderful, perfect for spending the whole day at. This was the best camping experience we have ever had, and Scotty was incredibly nice and a great host.
Scottie was an excellent host and the property is incredible. We camped near the waterfall and were easily able to swim and stream stroll. I can’t wait to go back.
Absolutely beautiful property, Scottie was an amazing host and was very helpful. Very grateful he was willing to share his special land with us, will definitely be coming back to camp there again. Also his dog is one of the best dogs Iv met and got along wonderfully with my own dog.
Scottie’s land is a unique peice of untouched Tennessee beauty: sandstone rock formations, a beautiful clear creek an old forest all nestled among lush greenery. I would rent out this campground again to enjoy nature and solitude.
Beautiful spot and the lights add so much to it! I would suggest paying for the campsite to yourself if you want privacy/ or for the host to only allow one party to pay for lights. There were 2 of us and we felt bad that the other folks paid for lights but camped elsewhere. Otherwise it was a wonderful time!
Wow…. One heck of a camping spot! Pictures won’t do this place justice. Scottie is such a nice guy. He made sure we had everything we needed and more. A tarp was already set up, some tables with a bench, and a hammock. It was way more than just a spot with a campfire. It was everything and more with the waterfalls and caverns to play in. Falling asleep listening to the creek was awesome. My pup really enjoyed herself and was excited to play in the water with her new friend. 10/10 recommend and will come back when the waters warmer just to swim in that waterfall. Best camp spot ever!
The campsite and secluded property couldn’t of been any better! You have the whole place to yourself with a river and waterfall. Scottie was a great host and I will 100% be back! I go camping frequently, this was one of my favorite spots yet!
What a great place to stay!
We really enjoyed camping here and will be back. It is a beautiful piece of property. We arrived after dark, so it was a little difficult to maneuver and find our way but the owner of the property was prompt to answer his phone and help guide us in. We set up camp and went to sleep that night to the sound of the water flowing in the creek. We couldn't see anything that night, but when I woke up the next morning to the massive rock face and creek...it was breathtaking. The waterfall is a very short hike, but it was a little chilly that morning to get in the water.
