You are 8 miles to the Appalachian Trail, White Water Rafting and Zip Lines. 2 miles away from the actual “Rocky Top” and about five miles from “Christy Mission”. Get back to nature in one of the few places left that does not have cell service. P.S. Gatlinburg is only about an hour away.
Please note: that we do feature LIVE BANDS at the store on at least one Saturday a month ! On those weekends the price will reflect the entertainment cost increase of $5.00 a night. We have booked two genres Bluegrass and Classic Southern Rock. Plan a relaxing but entertaining weekend with your significant other in advance. If for any reason the entertainment is canceled, we will happily refund the extra cost.

I'm really grateful for having an amazing time this past weekend, it sure was exactly what i was expecting it was safe for our kids (youngest 3). My wife and I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to have a relax, clean, organized, safe for children location, and about 3 miles from the many adventures that Smoking Mountains has to offer.

After searching fearlessly for a place to camp a week before a holiday weekend, I stumbled on Annie’s location. It was absolutely perfect! We arrived and thought we would head back out and do some hiking, but after meeting Annie and Rick, and discovering that a blue grass band would be playing that night, we decided to stay put and had the best time!! What a beautiful location nestled among the hills and trees of TN. We are already making plans to come back in the fall. Thank you Annie!!! We felt that we discovered something magical!

What an amazing experience Annie’s is a beautiful oasis deep in a mountain holler. We had the entire campsite to ourselves and loved listening to the creek all night. We arrived too late to do much wading or exploring. Absolutely download her directions, we tried to find it without them and turned around several times. I would recommend it to adventure campers.

I couldn't believe our luck in finding this place!! For our anniversary we took a road trip to Tennessee, and spent many nights at different campgrounds (including the national great smoky mountains)... and handsdown, this was the BEST!! If you ever dream to have a private, quaint, mountainside riverside campsite, this is it!! While it's not that far, it's away from the tourist trap area. The hosts were amazing and did everything to make us comfortable. They had the cutest little store and place to sit. They gave us some of their Whiskey Barrel Smoked Jerky for our anniversary too. So good. I only wish that we could've stayed longer.

Amazing place tucked away in the mountains on a cold stream. Friendly owners invited us to a music show on the property one night. True campers will appreciate this place.

We camped here before riding the Hardford 50 race route. The location was perfect; close to Hartford without being in the middle of the more touristy part of town. We had a great time and loved the friendly atmosphere. We will be back!

Anne's spot is beautiful. It is right alongside the creek to wash the stress of travel or everyday life away. The host's were among the kindest we've met... from wood to firestarters to coffee in the morning to bacon... their generosity and hospitality made our stay incredible. We loved learning about the history of the property, general store, and area. We could not have been happier with this off-the-beaten path site.
