Just what we were looking for! We were so excited to spend a weekend relaxing in a field by a beautiful pond. We even had a telescope and got to see Orion's Belt! The spot is close enough to town for any necessities you might have forgotten but spacious and quiet like you're in the middle of no where. We had a few friends and had plenty of room. We took them up on the offer for the add ins of firewood and the use of their dump station on the way out. Everything was great! Couldn't have been happier with Amanda and Andy! We even bought some of their homemade pepper mustard on the way out. We will definitely be back.

We loved staying at this Bon Air retreat. It’s very secluded and every campers dream. The campsite had been well taken care of. The stars were beautiful. And the pond had multiple benefits. 10/10 recommend. Will stay here again.

The Bon Air Mountain Retreat is a real hidden gem. A few of us were passing through on a bike tour from Asheville, NC to Nashville, TN and in search of a place to camp for the night. Who knew tent/hammock camping options were so hard to come by in this part of the country? Amanda’s property was a welcome oasis in a sea of RV and KOA camping options. She even joined us for an evening around the fire pit with her cute pup. Couldn’t recommend her site more!
