We had a group of 15 of us all camp here. Gary and Shelli gave us plenty of space and were more than helpful with getting us everything we needed. There is a flushing toilet for the girls and a drop toilet for the guys. There is an outdoor cold shower which was helpful for rinsing off after the beach. The beach is across the road and down a path, so very easy access. Loved that Swansea is only 5 minutes down the road to restock up on ice and food. Great flat grassed area to put up tents in. loved our stay and would definitely return.

The friendly resident pig came to visit.

Excellent spot to camp. Gary is a warm hearted generous spirit. I had only planned to stay one night but it was so peaceful and relaxing that I stayed two. The native birds around are splendid, and Garys aivary is wonderful as well.
Definately worth a stop.

Absolutely beautiful location, shirt walk to the beach. Hosts were superb, attentive but not Ott. I was only going to stay 1 night but ended up staying 2. Highly recommended

Gary is a legend and his property is a hidden gem. Short walk to a beautiful beach with an amazing view. Clean toilets and plenty of space to set up and chill. Would love to come back one day.

Good quiet location. Excellent hospitality and a great reception on arrival.
Choose your site carefully as the ground is pretty rough under foot.

Gary & Shelli’s hipcamp was effectively a paddock next to their house yard - in a great location, right across the road from the beach and only a short drive to Swansea. We were only there for a quick one night stay, but the toilets & water were a bonus.
Gary was a bloody legend and nice bloke. He even called the locals and gave us a card to grab some cheap, fresh oysters! When we came back from dinner at the pub he had prepared and lit our fire pit!
The spot itself was a little sandy but no dramas for most vehicles (and Gary can tow out anyone who gets stuck)! Loved the Guard Geese & chooks!
Would recommend!
