The north entrance of Baxter State Park is about an hour away and you can be on the pristine Maine seacoast in about 3 hours. Our private RV site is a 50 Amp full hookup including sewer. Our grounds are maintained and we normally cut the grass once a week. We provide a picnic table and a fire pit. Fire wood can be purchased on site. We will be testing our water later this year…until the results come back we state the water is ‘NONPOTABLE” There is a pet exercise area provided which is at least 75ft from dwellings and a large open field that is closely mowed if you wish to play fetch with your pet. Directly across the road from the RV site is the upper Bison (Buffalo) field. On site there is also a nail salon that specialize in Pedi, Mani and Thai Nail Art. Book early as her appointment book stays full particularly during the summer months. ATV & SXS. We are within a couple miles of the Major trail heads. Smyrna Town Office is approximately 2 miles away if you need to register your machines Hunting, Fishing, ATV and Boating Licenses/Registration can be obtained at the Smyrna Town Office.

This is a sanctuary for wildlife so while pets are allowed, prior permission is needed for the protection of the wildlife that lives here. Off leash pets are at your own risk and please pick up after pets when able. We share the property with moose, bear, deer, fisher cats, coyote, lynx and bobcats. We take the welfare of the wildlife on our property seriously and there is absolutely no hunting or baiting allowed. The cabin is outfitted with solar electricity which is limited but can provide lights, outlets and charging for devices There is propane heat in the camp and a portable outdoor stove camping stove top. Absolutely no candles or smoking in the cabin and all outdoor fires should be limited to the fire pit and fully extinguished after use. There is no wifi at the cabin but most people have good cell signal. There are trail cameras on the property.
