Welcome! Our small 1880's farm has a lovely view of the pasture, creek, and surrounding farms. We have pet pigs, cow, horse, donkeys, chickens, dogs, and cats. We have about 30 acres of homestead, pastures, gardens, and creek to wander during your stay. Our place is a great place to stop on your way to or from Badlands National Park. The 1880's barn has recently been restored and we are continuing to make improvements to our homestead. One RV spot is located on the north side of the barn where there is power and water; the other is near the chicken coop. You are steps away from the deck that overlooks the pasture to the East. We are a working sustainable vegetable farm, so you will find us in the field from early morning to early evening. During our growing season, July-September, you will find fresh produce in our farm store. The portable toilet is sanitized several times per day. Hope to see you soon!
Firewood is available on-site, check out the extras for details. Our Farm store is stocked with drinks, snacks, and other fun stuff. We reserve the right to prohibit fires if we feel it's too dry or windy.
Our little farm has two RV sites with 30A power and one with 50A power. Our animals would love to meet you, and we've got a mini cow, horse, donkeys, pet pigs, cats, dogs, chickens, and ducks. Looking forward to meeting you soon.

We loved hanging out on the farm. It was our first trip out with a new camper and couldn’t ask for a better stay. There was quite a bit of severe weather and Nancy was great about keeping us updated. They were very accommodating of our dogs, and it was such a peaceful place to camp.
Great experience with a wonderful host. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice farm with an assortment of animals. Nancy was extremely friendly, giving carrots to kids to feed animals and walking us around the property, as well as providing recommendations on places to visit. Highly recommend.
Nancy and Jeff live on a beautiful farm with a ton of animals that they let you play with and watch. We had access to wifi, a lower level of their barn, and they even offered us fresh eggs. Their farm is easy to access and they are extremely accommodating. We stayed in March and had a great time despite the cold weather!

Super easy to find and a beautiful place to stay. Hosts were extremely friendly and so were all of their animals. We loved it here! Also, their honey and salsa are awesome.

Peaceful and beautiful spot to stay! Nancy is a wonderful host and we really loved chatting with her and learning about the farm. Lots of animals to meet, we got fresh eggs, honey and salsa! Would love to stay again.
Camping at the Down to Earth Farm was so much fun! Very peaceful and hosts Nancy and Jeff are very accommodating.
We were provided water and 30 amp service. We bought fresh eggs and honey but were given fresh red potatoes. onions, and a delicious melon. Their location is covenient to the town of Lennox. We highly recommend!

Got in very late but site was easy to access. Nancy was great, very quick to respond to questions and instructions for setting up. The farm is quiet and charming, not far off the highway but a lovely peaceful place for the night. We were greeted by some ducks grazing late at night and the chickens in the morning. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks Nancy!
This was a beautiful spot to stay for a couple of nights driving through. Nancy and Jeff (Geoff?) are friendly, gracious hosts. Their pet cats, dogs, pigs, chickens, goats and mini horse are lovely and are part of the wonderful memories we have. We even met Pearl the baby dear that they rescued and who now hangs around.
