Lake shore on the Missouri River

Right on the river. Flat area and lots of space. Highly recommend!

Greg has an interesting gig going here. For $90 some/nite he’ll provide tent or camper & get you set up on the River. I wish these instructions were clear on his Hipcamp site, but they’re not. There’s an address listed, which is his hotel he runs,. There’s also a Google Map link, but that too failed us. It’s a beautiful spot once you’re there, but don’t even think about going if it’s raining. It’s a mud pit. Also - freaking ticks everywhere. Got on our dog, in our RV & vehicle.
Greg’s not a great communicator & I don’t believe I would have gotten a refund if I hadn’t pushed. He told me to call Hipcamp to request my refund (which he calls Hicamp & clearly doesn’t understand the in’s & outs of it as a host) I looked up refunding a Hipcamp guest & the host needs to do it on their end. I sent him the link, he said he would. I trust his integrity & believe this is a good gig if he sets up camp for you & all. If it’s not raining & you don’t mind ticks.
