First off, this place is AMAZING! From the moment you get on the property is is just stunning, it looks better than the photos. There were plenty of spaces to set up camp, and the whole property was very well maintained. Katherine was more than accommodating and helpful, ensuring that I knew were everything was and that i was ok. I definitely plan on staying here again. Word of caution though, if you like fishing you will never want to leave!
Beautiful area! We appreciated the use of the canoes and paddle boards to explore the area. We loved the well kept hiking trail and boardwalk around the water. Wonderful little touches including the rope swing, hammock, firewood, and multiple picnic tables. Picturesque views at all times especially sunset and sunrise!
We had great companions but know that if you have another party the same evening you do share a communal fire pit (it HUGE). There is not a grate to cook on so bring one if planning on cooking directly over the fire. We loved the place and can’t wait to return! Thank you for sharing your oasis with us!

Staying here was absolutely wonderful. The area was very private, although there were two other campers there when we were. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock to fish and took a walk around the boardwalk surrounding the pond. The fire pit was HUGE and had a great set up for sitting around the campfire. The sunrise over the pond was breath taking. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene weekend getaway.

My boyfriend and I were in need of a quick getaway out of the city, and this place was perfect! We loved the atmosphere of the farm, the tent spots were great, and we loved that we were able to fish and even enjoy the boardwalk around the pond in the morning. The hosts were super accommodating and friendly. We were also just 15min from Rock Hill where a number of great breweries are located. Overall, we would definitely recommend this spot and will be back soon!

Wonderful site with wonderful host! Yes, this is a working organic farm on an old dairy farm. The site is private and right beside a stocked pond. The sunsets are beautiful under the large trees and the breezes stay all night. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful setting, private, accommodating hosts
A beautiful spot not too far from Charlotte. My boyfriend and I were able to bring our dog out to experience a little taste of the country. There was water, outlets, a bathroom and firewood. The little lake was a beautiful spot to fish or just read on the dock. I would definitely recommend this place for a quiet weekend away (and it looked like a great place to bring a group as well!)
Perfect self-isolation get-away trip! The farm was what my 7 year old self dreamed summer camp would look like. There were horses to admire, a canoe to paddle, a large pond to fish in, a big field to run through, and even a swing to fly in. Loved this place and will hopefully be back again soon!
Couldn't have picked a better place for my 5 year old to have his first camping trip. It was a short stay, but a great break from the day-to-day life. We spent most of our time fishing on the lake which had plenty of bass. It's a perfect place to camp, stargaze, walk the trails and reconnect with nature. The site and surrounding areas were very well kept, had plenty of shade, a huge fire pit with plenty of firewood, water & electricity available, a great dock and a couple of canoes.
The hosts were responsive, but not intrusive.
I had several interactions with a Katherine via email/text, and Peyton stopped by shortly after we settled in to make sure all was well. Both seem like super people.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away. Can't wait to come back!
