The Relief Garden is just under an acre with woods and cleared areas (no home on the land), so if you tuck into the trees, you’ll have relative privacy from neighboring properties (no neighbors next to or behind our land).

Bring your kayaks, bikes, and come see all of the beauty coastal South Carolina and Georgia have to offer. A free boat launch called Stokes Bluff is only a few miles down the road with access into the Savannah River. It is also a beautiful place to have a picnic and see the cypress trees (and gators) along the riverside. In about 45 minutes to an hour, you can day trip to Savannah, Hilton Head Island, Hunting Island, or Statesboro or about twice that to Charleston. There is a nearby gas station and small market if you want to pick up snacks. Free firewood is stocked at the property, so feel free to make some s’mores!

The Relief Garden is a natural giving garden (in progress) and any camping revenue will go right back into the garden to help us, help others. The gardens are always expanding and growing. Come and see what we are growing this season!

Tents and small travel trailers are welcome! The driveway pad is long enough to park a vehicle with attached trailer, but may need to be backed-in due to the small width of the private road you’ll have to turn off of. I am not certain that a large RV will be able to make the turn, so please message before booking to confirm.

Pack it in and pack it out: We don’t have trash service, so you’ll need to pack out any trash or pet waste when you leave. We do have a bathroom tent with a camp toilet, pine pellets, toilet paper, wipes, and hand sanitizer, but there is no potable water available at the property, so you’ll have to bring a jug of it to use while you visit. There is also a outside camp ‘kitchen’ area with a charcoal grill and prep table (see picture). Pets welcome!
