They were great host the property is terrific. Reminded me of where I grew up In Michigan hanging out by the woods and relaxing. Would definitely recommend them great people to be around and day even give you pecan cookies at the end which were terrific.

As we pulled up, Janet and her husband JD were waiting in their quad to greet us and lead us to the campsite. They were warm and friendly and gave us the most thoughtful welcoming bag. which contained some camping essentials and sweet treats.
There are many spots on their 50 acre property for setting up camp, and you can choose from wide open grassy fields or you can tuck under the beautiful mature pine trees for a more private and shaded campsite. It’s apparent that they work very hard on the grounds to keep the grounds well maintained. The property is wonderfully versatile, perfect for single campers as well as large groups. We spent our stay fishing in the huge pond, collecting pecans from their giant pecan trees, and exploring their beautiful and pristine property. There is a train track bordering the back of their property, and it was a ton of fun to hear the train coming through two times a day. We loved camping at this wonderful campsite and would definitely come back!
