This farm stay is rustic and clean, focused on making it a comfortable and relaxing place for you to stay. It is a great hub for your visit to horse-country or local gems like Landrum, SC and Strawberry Hill farm. You can take a walk on our 3/4-mile pasture path or the 2-mile loop road. A USB plug-in portal is available and a space at the dining area to do work if needed. WIFI is included in stay. Smart T.V. has many digital channels, as well as apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and Hulu.

We loved staying at Luke and Kate’s place! They are a great family, very accommodating and friendly.
The cottage is nice and cozy and perfect for our girls getaway.
We spent our days walking around the property, talking to the animals (and family), making our meals, relaxing on the porch, and nights sitting by the fireplace playing games.
We stayed warm in January with the fireplace, electric baseboard heating, and there was also an abundance of blankets.
There is a small loft that you can access with pull down attic stairs. Not a lot of head room, so it’s perfect for smaller people (kids or adults) that can be comfortable on cushion beds and safely get up and down.
