Absolutely loved our time in Beltana. Clean showers and toilets, with STUNNING sunsets, sunrises and stars.
We were lucky enough to be in town for when the town hall bar is open for all the locals to come together. As an added treat- we found out about Waraweena station that we spent a day exploring as well. Thank you Jan for having us 🤍

Living ghost town
Great spot to stay if wanting to visit Nilpina Ediacara National Park. Good showers and toilet facilities. Friendly locals and lots of old buildings with information boards to help you to discover the history of this “ghost” town.

Great. Perfect spot to check into, then wander Beltana. Can be hot, and innundated with flies, so bring your best fly-hat things, but the bathrooms are great, and a nice campfire brazier too.

the old town incredibly interesting and the posted descriptions of the buildings make it even more so. the welcome by locals and Jan outstanding and warming. the facilities very good and very clean and in good working order. the hall and cold drinks opened by Jan a great diversion. for where you are it was above expectations.

Overall the sites are nice and big, plenty of room, however at $30 pn with no shade , water or power we felt it is overpriced and unfortunately we had mud 30s most of the time we were there, wouldn't stay again
