This camping patch of paradise is private and very quiet; while at the campground you are not able to see the road nor our residence. We are very respectful of your space but also keen to chat about all things avocado for those who are interested.
*All campers must have their own portable toilet* Please do not request a booking unless you have your own toilet and are fully-self sufficient.
You may get to encounter pretty-faced wallabies, rainbow honey-bee eaters, lace monitors and echidnas during your stay.
The grassed communal campground covers an area approx 50x50m suitable for up to 3 to 4 vehicles/RVs/caravans or tent campers at any one time.
Base price is per adult and children are a nominal fee. Please ensure booking includes all guests.
There is one large fire pit near Mango Tree Camp and a smaller intimate fire area at Plough Disc Camp. There is plenty of extra kindling available for guests to collect during their walking travels in the forest.
Dogs are welcome but you must pick up after them and tick protection is recommended.

Beautiful peaceful location to camp. Grassy area, great fire pit and generous supply of firewood. Tony was great to chat too about the farm. We will certainly come back next time we head this way.

Fantastic few days away with my partner. Tony and Julie's land was amazing and both were super friendly.
On our arrival day, we were getting there after the sun had set, so Tony/Julie kindly had a fire going to welcome us to the campsite.
Tony was great to talk to.

Lovely grounds, level and solid with one site near a mango tree with a huge stone firepit and the other more open with a small metal dish firepit. Next door they have paella and everything berry. Received a bag of avocados on arrival which was really sweet.
We had some patchy internet (had to be contactable) but it eventually was totally fine. The grounds have wallabies, lyrebirds, blue winged kookaburras magpies and crows. Would definitely come back.
Hot tip, no gas refills anywhere nearby but bcf does them. Dump point is near gympie, water and fuel at servo close by. Best breakfast was in the Cafe in gympie near rail station. Best drinks and oysters out at rainbow beach

Very nice spot, good access and surface conditions for any vehicle.
Two sites relatively close to each other so if you want privacy you might consider group booking the whole site. We where lucky no one else had booked for the night so had the place to ourselves. The hosts are a lovely couple with a really good understanding of what Hip-camps is all about. We strolled over to the strawberry farm for a lovely breakfast, its a very popular restaurant so consider making a booking.

Best camp experience we’ve had, beautiful farm land, spectacular star gazing at night by the fire and the peace and quiet was priceless.
